Счастливые события происходят с нами каждый день, только мы не получаем всей выгоды от них. Статья в американском журнале Scientific American приводит несколько исследований на эту тему.

С нами происходит в три раза больше положительных, чем негативных событий. Однако, есть две причины, по которой мы не радуемся каждому дню.

Первая — склонность придавать большее значение негативной информации. Плохое события или комментарии запоминается лучше восхищенных.

Вторая причина — привычка.
При повторении хорошего опыта он не вызывает тех же положительных эмоций, что в первый раз.

Что делать?
Исследования показывают, что люди, которые делятся хорошими новостями, чувствуют себя более счастливыми и более удовлетворенными жизнью.

Секрет именно в том, чтобы делиться положительными событиями.
