For the first time in the history of diplomatic relations in the Baltic states two Ambassadors of Russia and US agreed to participate in a discussion: „US and Russia: a year after reset“. The discussion was organized at the Baltic International Academy in Riga (BIA)

On 29th April, the public meeting of the Club Board was held, where the issues on the Club Regulations were discussed

On the initiative of our three Members, the consultation meeting was held with the acting Club President Mr. J.Rekasi

On 22nd April the Israel Embassy reception was held on the occasion of the 62nd Israel Day of Independence at the Riga Latvian Society.

On 22nd April, Club Members got acquainted with the projects and actions of The Institute of Organic Synthesis. The Institute director, professor, Doctor of Science Ivars Kalvins presented the opportunities of the institute in the modern pharmaceutical field.

In the club admitted new members — diplomats from the embassies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Slovakia.

With sorrow and pain we received the news about tragic airplane crash which happened on April 10, 2010 close to Smolensk (Russia).

April 9 — 11, 2010: the exhibitions Intertextil, Habitus, Fiesta Expo were held in the international exhibition centre in Riga. Club Members took part in the official opening ceremony

On March 25, the Club Bowling Competition was held in Unimars center.

On March 11, the exhibition of the construction field «HOUSE» was opened in the International exhibition centre Kipsala in Riga. The exhibition is waiting for the guests till March 14. 304 companies from 10 different countries represent their offers and production.
