26.jūlijā notika atvadu vakars Šveices vēstnieka vietniekam Ursam Buleram, un Lielbritānijas vēstnieka vietniekam Danielam Grzenda, sakarā ar viņu pāriešanu uz jaunu dienesta vietu.

Diplomātiskā ekonomiskā Kluba prezidents, Nīderlandes vēstniecības vēstnieka vietnieks , Kornelis Groenvelds novēlēja kolēģiem panākumus jaunajā darba vietā un pateicās par sadarbību un draudzīgajām attiecībām.

Urs Buler pāriet uz darbu Šveices vēstniecībā Saūda Arābijā, Daniels Grzenda atgriežas strādāt Lielbritānijas vēstniecībā Londonā.

Ar Kluba Valdes lēmumu, Ursam Buleram un Danielam Grzenda bija piešķirtas Diplomātiskā Ekonomiskā Kluba goda medaļas „Par ieguldījumu Starptautiskajās tirdzniecības un ekonomiskajās attiecībās“. Diplomātiem dāvināja arī piemiņas suvenīrus.

Nothing can justify the use of force in any cases, everywhere it leads to suffering of civilians. We call all parts, leaders of all levels for a peaceful solution of any disagreements through the dialog and negotiations. Only the Peace on our planet, olny Friendship and mutual understanding promote the life of people. *Please don't even* allow yourself any thought about World War III, about nuclear weapons. All the humanity remembers the wars of the 20th century, and if somebody has forgotten, please remember. Stop War!
