Uzbekistānas vēstnieks Latvijā Kadambajs Sultanovs

Uzbekistānas vēstniecība Latvijā 10. decembrī pavadīja vakaru, kas bija veltīts Uzbekistānas Konstitūcijas dienai, kuru valstī svin 8. decembrī.1992. gadā Uzbekistānas Republikas Augstākajā padomē, tika pieņemts Valsts pamatlikums — Uzbekistānas Konstitūcija.

Pieņemšanā piedalījās bijušais Latvijas prezidents Andris Bērziņš, Latvijas Saeimas deputāti, diplomāti un vēstnieki, uzaicinātie viesi.

Uzbekistānas vēstnieks Kadambajs Sultanovs Latvijā, savu runu pieņemšanā izrunāja daļēji latviešu valodā.
Savā runā viņš arī uzsvēra, ka turpinās Uzbekistānas un Latvijas savstarpēji izdevīgu tirdzniecības un ekonomisko attiecību attīstība.

Vēstnieks sveica viesus svētkos un novēlēja Latvijas un Uzbekistānas tautai labklājību un panākumus.

Vēstnieks Kadambajs Sultanovs pasniedza piemiņas dāvanu Latvijas prezidentam (2011-2015) Andrim Bērziņam, par godu viņa nopelniem attiecību attīstībā starp valstīm.

Diplomatic Economic Club strongly condemns and is not accepting any kind of aggression, military collisions, wars between countries, which are happening here close in the center of Europe, on the other continents of the world, in Asia, in Africa. Nothing can justify the use of force in any cases, everywhere it leads to suffering of civilians. We call all parts, leaders of all levels for a peaceful solution of any disagreements through the dialog and negotiations. Only the Peace on our planet, olny Friendship and mutual understanding promote the life of people. *Please don't even* allow yourself any thought about World War III, about nuclear weapons. All the humanity remembers the wars of the 20th century, and if somebody has forgotten, please remember. Stop War!
