Members of the Club have got acquainted with proposals of participants of the Furniture & Design Isle 2021 exhibition (organised in December 3-5 on Riga International Exhibition Centre).

Transforming, original and ergonomic furniture, tips from designers, original interior decors, and paintings were exposed on the exhibition „Furniture & Design Isle 2021“.

Producer from Poland „Gorna Polka“, Latvian producer „Compact.lv“ demonstrated furniture for small apartments, that is functional and comfortable.

Folding computer desks, ergonomic equipment for offices, concrete products with personalized design, wine cabinets, products from Latvian designers and crafters, and many other objects were demonstrated on the exhibition.

Exhibition „Furniture & Design Isle 2021“ was organised in an epidemiologically safe environment, requesting a Covid-19 certificate for all visitors. Furniture & Design Isle 2021 Riga

Appeal to world leaders and humanity

Diplomatic Economic Club strongly condemns and is not accepting any kind of aggression, military collisions, wars between countries, which are happening here close in the center of Europe, on the other continents of the world, in Asia, in Africa. Nothing can justify the use of force in any cases, everywhere it leads to suffering of civilians. We call all parts, leaders of all levels for a peaceful solution of any disagreements through the dialog and negotiations. Only the Peace on our planet, olny Friendship and mutual understanding promote the life of people. *Please don't even* allow yourself any thought about World War III, about nuclear weapons. All the humanity remembers the wars of the 20th century, and if somebody has forgotten, please remember. Stop War!
