Тема негражданства в Латвии получила неожиданный поворот. До сих пор с призывами ликвидировать статус негражданина выступала только почившая в бозе на выборах в Сейм русскоязычная партия ЗаПЧЕЛ. Теперь же, сразу же после выборов, об этом заговорили латышские журналисты и политики. Наконец-то, инициатива об изменении Закона о гражданстве касательно неграждан исходит от титульной нации.

Present crisis has shown that solid economic growth can only be placed on the shoulders of the efficient productive sector, best of industrial character. The Commission at the end of October has voiced this message; politicians in the Baltics have to take urgent measures.
