3. maijs – Konstitūcijas Diena

Polijas Republikas Konstitūcijas diena, Polijas vēstnieks Latvijā Eži Marek Novakovski kungs

5. maijā Lielājā Ģildē, Rīgā Polijas vēstnieks Latvijā Eži Marek Novakovski kungs rīkoja pieņemšanu sakarā ar Konstitūcijas dienu 3. maijā un pasaules poļu draudzes dienu.
Poļu Konstitūcija ir visvecākā Eiropā. Tā tika pieņemta 3. maijā 1791. gadā, par pusgadu agrāk nekā frānču.

Saskaņā ar konstitūciju Polija tika proklāmēta kā mantojamās konstitucionālas monarhijas un parlamenta pārvaldītā valsts. Pēc gada notika Polijas sadale starp Prūsijas, Krievijas un Austrijas un Polija zaudēja neatkarību, bet 1918. gadā tā atkal apvienojas un 3. maijs tika paslūdināts kā svētku diena.
1990. gadā Konstitūcijas dienas svinības tika atjaunotas un 3. maijs tika paslūdināts kā valsts svētku diena.

Notika koncerts- operas dziedātāja Elīna Mitina un akompanētāja Inna Davidova atskaņoja F.Šopena un S. Moņuško darbus.

Diplomatic Economic Club strongly condemns and is not accepting any kind of aggression, military collisions, wars between countries, which are happening here close in the center of Europe, on the other continents of the world, in Asia, in Africa. Nothing can justify the use of force in any cases, everywhere it leads to suffering of civilians. We call all parts, leaders of all levels for a peaceful solution of any disagreements through the dialog and negotiations. Only the Peace on our planet, olny Friendship and mutual understanding promote the life of people. *Please don't even* allow yourself any thought about World War III, about nuclear weapons. All the humanity remembers the wars of the 20th century, and if somebody has forgotten, please remember. Stop War!
