В легендарном Rallye Monte-Carlo Historique экипаж российско-латвийской команды Russo-Baltic Racing в составе пилота Ильи Кашина и штурмана Раймондса Штрокса одержал победу в своем классе и занял 17-е место в абсолюте (из 225 автомобилей, пришедших к финишу).

Команда выступала тремя экипажами на Jaguar E-Type 1970—1971 годов выпуска.
Всего же на старт вышло 306 экипажей на автомобилях не моложе 1980 года выпуска, которые были доработаны в плане безопасности. Эта гонка — проверка на выносливость не только для техники, но и для пилотов и штурманов. Общая протяженность трассы составила 1509 километров, причем часть участков пролегала в заснеженных Альпах, через легендарный горный серпантин Кол-де-Турини. Победителей чествовали в одном из знаменитых залов Монако — Salle des Etoile.

All the humanity remembers the wars of the 20th century, and if somebody has forgotten, please remember. Stop War!
