Посольство Польши и Дипломатический Клуб 24 июля совместно провели вечер встречу на борту парусника «Frederyk Chopin» в рамках открытия в Риге парусной регаты The Tall Ships Races 2013

Капитан парусника «Frederyk Chopin» Томаш Островски и его помощник рассказали об истории и путешествиях парусника, показали устройство, жизнь и быт моряков на судне.

От имени Дипломатического Экономического Клуба Давид Томашевски вручил капитану парусника Диплом Клуба и книгу об истории и современной Латвии

Члены Клуба и гости пожелали капитану парусника «Frederyk Chopin» и экипажу всегда «Попутного ветра и семь футов под килем»!

На встрече приняли участие послы, временные поверенные в делах, дипломаты, члены Клуба государств Норвегии, Китая, Ирландии, Испании, Узбекистана, Украины, Молдовы, Испании, Греции, Великобритании, Нидерландов, Венгрии, Канады, Польши, Словакии, Литвы, России, Беларуси, Казахстана, Франции, Чехии, Финляндии и предприниматели члены Клуба

Appeal to world leaders and humanity

Diplomatic Economic Club strongly condemns and is not accepting any kind of aggression, military collisions, wars between countries, which are happening here close in the center of Europe, on the other continents of the world, in Asia, in Africa. Nothing can justify the use of force in any cases, everywhere it leads to suffering of civilians. We call all parts, leaders of all levels for a peaceful solution of any disagreements through the dialog and negotiations. Only the Peace on our planet, olny Friendship and mutual understanding promote the life of people. *Please don't even* allow yourself any thought about World War III, about nuclear weapons. All the humanity remembers the wars of the 20th century, and if somebody has forgotten, please remember. Stop War!
