Спортивные игры World Masters Games 2013 прошли в Турине, 2-11 августа 2013. World Masters Games являются самым важным событием мирового спорта для спортсменов старше 35 лет и проходят раз в четыре года, как и Олимпийские игры

Победителем соревнований в гребле на каное стал член Клуба Дьёрдь Якоч, завоевав серебряную медаль.

Это грандиозное спортивное соревнование привлекает десятки тысяч спортсменов, тренеров, членов семей и тысячи людей со всего мира. В играх принимает участие в четыре раза больше спортсменов чем в летних Олимпийских играх. Никакое другое событие в мире спорта не привлекает такого количества участников как, Master Games.

Это не соревнования между странами, а соревнования между людьми любящими спорт. Первые World Masters Games состоялась в Торонто в 1985 году, а за тем Игры принимал Копенгаген, Брисбен, Портленд, Мельбурн, Эдмонтон и Сидней в 2009 году. А в 2013 году, хозяином игр стал итальянский Турин. Это грандиозное спортивное событие в Турине в 2013 году собрало свыше 50 тысяч человек.

Only the Peace on our planet, olny Friendship and mutual understanding promote the life of people. *Please don't even* allow yourself any thought about World War III, about nuclear weapons. All the humanity remembers the wars of the 20th century, and if somebody has forgotten, please remember. Stop War!
