Советник Посольства КНР в Латвии по вопросам экономики господин Cai Yingzhou 6 октября 2007 года отбыл на Родину. Церемония проводов прошла в VIP зале для пассажиров аэропорта Riga.
Находясь в Латвии он принимал активное участие в мероприятиях Клуба и заслужил большой авторитет и уважение у коллег, членов Клуба.

Советнику, г-ну Cai Yingzhou был вручен Диплом Клуба, памятные сувениры и символика Клуба

Проводить советника на Родину приехал Чрезвычайный и Полномочный Посол Народной Республики Китай в Латвии.
Состоялось знакомство с новым советником по вопросам экономики господином Zhang Tingzhon

Appeal to world leaders and humanity

Only the Peace on our planet, olny Friendship and mutual understanding promote the life of people. *Please don't even* allow yourself any thought about World War III, about nuclear weapons. All the humanity remembers the wars of the 20th century, and if somebody has forgotten, please remember. Stop War!
