9 мая в Риге состоялся совместный прием Посольств Азербайджана, Беларуси, Казахстана, России и Узбекистана по случаю 74-й годовщины Победы в Великой Отечественной войне 1941-1945 г.г. над фашизмом.

На приеме приняли участие Посол Азербайджана Джаваншир Ахундов, Посол Беларуси Василий Маркович, Посол России Евгений Лукьянов, Временный поверенный в делах Узбекистана в Латвии Шарафиддин Мирзакулов, Консул Посольства Казахстана Кайрат Камбаров

От имени Чрезвычайных и Полномочных Послов государств, аккредитованных в Латвии Посол России Евгений Лукьянов обратился к гостям с приветственным словом.

В своем обращении посол поздравил с праздником и выразил благодарность представителям ветеранских организаций, гостям, которые отмечают этот праздник, пожелал здоровья и процветания.

Состоялся праздничный концерт, подготовленный театральными коллективами при Доме Москвы в Риге и другими артистами.
