International Construction Exhibition Māja 2026

The major Baltic construction industry event, «Māja 2026», is currently taking place at the International Exhibition Centre in Riga from March 26 to 29.

Members of the Diplomatic Economic Club explored the exposition, which this year brings together nearly 300 companies from eight countries. The exhibition serves as a vital platform for strengthening international business ties and exchanging expertise in modern construction technologies.

 

         

Innovation and International Cooperation

The showcase covers the full building cycle: from foundations to interior finishing. Two halls and an extensive outdoor area feature solutions focused on energy efficiency and sustainable materials—key priorities for international business today.

 

         

Modern Residential Solutions

Special attention was drawn to the prefabricated housing segment. Companies from the Baltic States and other countries presented ready-made modular and frame house projects, demonstrating high speed and quality in modern construction.

 

         

Comfort and Efficiency

During the visit, the importance of engineering solutions for climate comfort was highlighted. Participants demonstrated the latest developments in heating systems, air conditioning, and «smart» home technologies that optimize property maintenance costs.

 

         

Business Program and Expert Dialogue

«Māja 2026» is also a venue for professional discussions. Seminars organized by the Ministry of Economics and industry associations focus on apartment building management, market trends, and renovation programs.

 

         

Visiting the exhibition provides up-to-date information on the regional construction sector’s development and helps establish direct contacts with manufacturers and service providers.

 

         

The exhibition runs until Sunday, March 29, at the International Exhibition Centre in Riga.
