13.novembrī Kluba štāba mītnē notika Valdes sēde, kurā piedalījās Kluba prezidents P.Baranaj, S.Ratnikovs, V.Roldugin, A.Butenko.
Sēdē tika izskatīti jautājumi par tekošo darbību un perspektīvajām aktivitātēm.
Tika noskaidrots pasākumu plāns, kurā ir paredzētās lietišķās tikšanās, tai skaitā ar Finanšu ministrijas, Latvijas investīciju un attīstības aģentūras pārstāvjiem, Kazahstāna vēstnieku Lietuvā un Latvijā u.c.

tikšanās Dzintars rūpnīcā, Kluba diskusijas ar I.Gerčikova piedalīšanos
Kluba sēde: Kluba vice-prezidenta vēlēšanas, jauno biedru pieņemšana
Kluba biljarda turnīrs
Devembris:
Tikšanās Klubā, Jaungada apsveikumi
Janvāris:
tradicionālās tikšanās pie V. Tīle
kāpostu zupa no Slovākijas, aicina Kluba prezidents
Plānā tiek paredzēti:
iepazīšanās ar tūrisma nozari Latvijā Balttour izstādē,
vienas Latvijas maizes ceptuves apmeklējums,
iepazīšanās ar Klubu «Pilots»,
uzņēmuma «Concors» apmeklējums,
piedalīšanās lietišķajā diskusijā ar uzņēmējiem Intertextil izstādes laikā,
vasaras svētku Klubas biedriem un ģimenēm organizēšana,
boulinga turnīrs,
citi temātiskie pasākumi Klubā.

Appeal to world leaders and humanity

Diplomatic Economic Club strongly condemns and is not accepting any kind of aggression, military collisions, wars between countries, which are happening here close in the center of Europe, on the other continents of the world, in Asia, in Africa. Nothing can justify the use of force in any cases, everywhere it leads to suffering of civilians. We call all parts, leaders of all levels for a peaceful solution of any disagreements through the dialog and negotiations. Only the Peace on our planet, olny Friendship and mutual understanding promote the life of people. *Please don't even* allow yourself any thought about World War III, about nuclear weapons. All the humanity remembers the wars of the 20th century, and if somebody has forgotten, please remember. Stop War!
