В Риге отметили день рождения Королевы Нидерландов

В Доме Черноголовых в Старой Риге 28 апреля отметили день вхождения на престол Королевы Нидерландов Беатрикс, совпадающий с днем рождения ее матери Королевы Юлианы.

30 апреля 1980 года в свой день рождения Королева Юлиана отреклась от престола в пользу своей старшей дочери Беатрикс. В тот же день наследная принцесса была провозглашена Королевой Нидерландов.

Правление Беатрикс — третье последовательное женское царствование в истории королевства с 1980 года. Таким образом, весь XX век в Нидерландах царствовали только женщины.
Дом Черноголовых в Риге как нельзя больше соответствует торжеству. Согласно голландской традиции каждому гостю при входе вручили милый значок в виде тюльпана. Этими же цветами был декорирован зал для приема, дополна наполненный приглашенными дипломатами, политиками, бизнесменами и представителями СМИ.

Оркестр из Голландии сыграл гимны Нидерландов и Латвии. После чего посол Нидерландов в Латвии Юриан Крак (Jurriaan Kraak) и его супруга пригласили гостей отведать разные вкусности и приятно провести время в кругу друзей.

Only the Peace on our planet, olny Friendship and mutual understanding promote the life of people. *Please don't even* allow yourself any thought about World War III, about nuclear weapons. All the humanity remembers the wars of the 20th century, and if somebody has forgotten, please remember. Stop War!
