International Forum „Green Bridge Forum 2015" the way for co-operation between the European Union and the countries of Central Asia in the field of pure technologies will take place in Jurmala on 15-18 April 2015.

Andrey Pumpurs made a presentation for the members of the Club and guests about the «Green Bridge Forum 2015», — International Conference during the Latvian presidency in the EU.

The main aim of the Green Bridge Forum is to strengthen the nature preservation, and to develop co-operation in this field between the EU and Central Asia. For instance, in managing the water resources, energy efficiency, renewable and alternative energy technologies, to facilitate activities in the field of ecology.

The Forum is aimed as a tool for practical use, for exchanging the ideas, experience of the leaders of the industry and to force the steady development of the environment , employment in the EU, Central Asia, and beyond.

Members of the Club thanked the organizers for the presentation, and wished success to the Forum.

Appeal to world leaders and humanity

Diplomatic Economic Club strongly condemns and is not accepting any kind of aggression, military collisions, wars between countries, which are happening here close in the center of Europe, on the other continents of the world, in Asia, in Africa. Nothing can justify the use of force in any cases, everywhere it leads to suffering of civilians. We call all parts, leaders of all levels for a peaceful solution of any disagreements through the dialog and negotiations. Only the Peace on our planet, olny Friendship and mutual understanding promote the life of people. *Please don't even* allow yourself any thought about World War III, about nuclear weapons. All the humanity remembers the wars of the 20th century, and if somebody has forgotten, please remember. Stop War!
