Deepest sorrow causes tragic news from Brussels – terror attack in the heart of Europe. News about victims and many people injured brings the feeling of compassion.

Members of the Club share the sorrow of losses and pass sincere condolence words to the families and friends of those who suffered during the tragic events, and wishing to get well faster to those who were injured.

The things that have happened in the first quarter of the 21st century are leading to a question if the humanity is again entering into the atmosphere of anger and wars…

21st century is time of newest technologies and great achievements, conditions of life of people are becoming better, and accepted as a transition to the real peace all over the World, and new better quality of life.

We wish to pay attention of everybody to these words — to live in friendship — from this point of view to make your decisions.

We hope for prudence of every person on our Planet and will continue strengthening the friendship through mutual understanding, and build peaceful relationships.

Members of the Club are living in Latvia and in different other countries of the World: from Shri-Lanka up to the USA, and everywhere everybody is aiming for peace and security.

We call other organizations to support our initiative "to live with mutual understanding and friendship ", both with words and acts

Appeal to world leaders and humanity

Diplomatic Economic Club strongly condemns and is not accepting any kind of aggression, military collisions, wars between countries, which are happening here close in the center of Europe, on the other continents of the world, in Asia, in Africa. Nothing can justify the use of force in any cases, everywhere it leads to suffering of civilians. We call all parts, leaders of all levels for a peaceful solution of any disagreements through the dialog and negotiations. Only the Peace on our planet, olny Friendship and mutual understanding promote the life of people. *Please don't even* allow yourself any thought about World War III, about nuclear weapons. All the humanity remembers the wars of the 20th century, and if somebody has forgotten, please remember. Stop War!
