On January 21, the 8th meeting of the Kazakh-Slovak intergovernmental commission was held in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.

The event, which has a high emotional and human significance for Diplomatic Economic Club , occurred on the sidelines of the Commission:
in the delegations of their countries held a historic meeting of the former President and Vice-President of the Diplomatic Economic Club!

Viktor Borecky — Director of the Department for Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovakia, President of the Club 2006-2007, one of the founders of the Club since 2002
Zhazira Myrzakassimova — Head of Central and Eastern Europe, Department of Europe, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Club Vice President 2017-2018, member of the club since 2006.

In the mid 2000s, various meetings were held within the club, then work in other countries, and, in January 2020, a meeting was held in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan!

The President and Vice President convey to all members of the Diplomatic Economic Club good luck and new, productive plans and events in 2020!

Appeal to world leaders and humanity

Diplomatic Economic Club strongly condemns and is not accepting any kind of aggression, military collisions, wars between countries, which are happening here close in the center of Europe, on the other continents of the world, in Asia, in Africa. Nothing can justify the use of force in any cases, everywhere it leads to suffering of civilians. We call all parts, leaders of all levels for a peaceful solution of any disagreements through the dialog and negotiations. Only the Peace on our planet, olny Friendship and mutual understanding promote the life of people. *Please don't even* allow yourself any thought about World War III, about nuclear weapons. All the humanity remembers the wars of the 20th century, and if somebody has forgotten, please remember. Stop War!
