Food exhibition
International Exhibition center in Riga has been opened for the exhibition Riga Food 2021, organised from September 9 until September 11.
Members of our Club has visited the exhibition and joined the opening ceremony.
Minister of Agriculture, director of the exhibition Mr. Rolands Nezborts and Chairman of the board of the company „BT 1“ Mr. Viestur Tile have saluted participants of the first exhibition in the year 2021 and wished them successful participation.
All exhibitions in the International exhibition center Kipsala this year are organised as a „green corridor“. It is mandatory to present valid QR code on the entrance (to prove vaccination or recovery after Covid 19), to present the personal document and present the ticket to the exhibition.
Exhibition hall is safe for participants and visitors. Tasting is also available.

This year more than 300 companies from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Austria, Italy, Canada, Spain, Ukraine and other countries (15 countries) are presenting their goods and services.
Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Italy, Spain and Ukraine made national and collective expositions of the participants on „Riga Food“.
Also, participants can taste Latvian food on national Latvian stand and stand of the fish producers.
In the pavilion of the exhibition the Grill park and the „Grill Classes“ are organised with many activities, such as competitions, grill duels and masterclasses, tasting of the mouflon and expositions of the grills.
Small talks on cozy kitchen – new and interesting activity on the exhibition.
Famous Latvian chefs, entrepreneurs and experts will share success stories, will make food to taste something new, to inspire each other and share recipes.
7Representatives of the „Club of Chefs“, restaurant „Hercogs“ and cheese producer „Soira“, ostrich farm „Nornieki“, authors of the project „Baltic Chefs“, host of the show „La Dolce Vita““ and other participants will organise activities on the „kitchen“.
September 11 – Living room of „Riga Food 2021“ — World Beer Lounge, is the place where can taste 25 species of bear and cocktails.

The Ambassador of Moldova to Latvia Adrian Rosha spoke in detail about the products of Moldovan enterprises presented at the exhibition. The members of the club had the opportunity to compare, in front of the stand of Moldova there are winemakers from Italy. The choice will be made by everyone!
